In 2019, Euro Line received authorization from state authorities to package dairy and cured meat products in a specially equipped facility with dedicated packaging lines, which also created new jobs.

We launched a new business segment: 

PURCHASE AND DISTRIBUTION OF FROZEN AND FRESH FRUITS

We also began:

  • EXPORT TO EUROPE
  • DISTRIBUTION TO NATIONAL RETAIL CHAINS IN SERBIA

We focus on agricultural farms that need support due to surplus production, helping them with the distribution of goods they can’t sell on their own, thus supporting the country’s agriculture.

Carefully selected agricultural farms in Serbia guarantee the freshness and quality of fruits and vegetables, with whom the company collaborates based on mutual trust and support.

Fruits undergo shock freezing, storage, sorting, packaging, palletizing, and distribution to customers according to the highest modern standards.

Euro Line purchases and exports: apricots, plums, cherries, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, young potatoes, peppers, lettuce, onions, beets, juniper berries, and rose hips.

The current processing capacity is 700 tons per year. Of this, 400-500 tons are exported, primarily plums, apricots, and cherries.

We export fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, packaging them per customer requirements in crates, bags, boxes, and protective packaging with inert gas. We emphasize product quality, using only whole, undamaged fruits and vegetables.

The new machinery and equipment package products into special, protected packaging (vacuum-sealed, sliced, and grated packaging with inert gas, ensuring a longer shelf life and ready for serving), all while complying with high hygiene standards and HACCP and FSSC certifications.

COLD STORAGE 1

  • 28 tons / 35 pallets in a shock chamber (24h),
  • 800 tons / 1,000 pallets in freezing mode up to -20°C,
  • 160 tons / 200 pallets in 2°C to 4°C mode, and
  • 280 tons / 350 pallets in non-temperature-controlled storage.

COLD STORAGE 2

  • 960 tons / 1,200 pallets in total temperature-controlled and non-temperature-controlled modes.

The facilities are equipped with:

  • Inspection lines, vibratory separators, washing and rinsing machines for fruits (barboter),
  • The machines and equipment for cutting and packaging fruits, vegetables, and food products are designed to package new products into special protected, vacuum-sealed, sliced, and grated packaging with a longer shelf life, meeting the growing demand since the onset of Covid-19, all in compliance with high hygiene standards and HACCP and FSSC certifications.

  • Machines for pitting cherries, apricots, and plums.
